Your shipment/download
Physical orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL/FedEx with tracking and drop-off which requires your signature. If you prefer delivery without required signature, an additional confirmation will be required via email, or please contact us.Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Digital products are available for download instantly, unless specified otherwise in the product description.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs, import duties and tax's. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is insured for transit, and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
All products are sanitized thoroughly prior to packing.
Boxes are amply sized and every precaution is taken to ensure that shipped products are well-protected.
